Express Circuits Group is a trio of companies based in the UK. Comprised of Microtrax Design, Express Circuits and Electronic Assembly Services (with Rapid Cell residing within EAS). Express Circuits Group produces manufactured prototype PCB & pre production PCB's starting from CAD Design Layout, through PCB manufacture to the fully assembled product.

As a branch of Electronic Assembly Services Ltd our focus at Rapid Cell is to provide a dedicated rapid turn around on your PCB assembly, focusing on turnarounds from 24 hours.​

This fast track service is achieved by streamlining our processes and carefully observing each project through the cell, whilst having the benefits of all the current technology currently within EASL.

In the Rapid Cell we specialize in prototype and small batch quantities, but we are more than capable of handling high complexity, high technology assemblies. 

Quality and on-time delivery are the two driving factors in the cell and with our dedicated, highly experienced team, we ensure that your production remains Rapid and not rushed.

Our services at EAS/Rapid Cell include Prototype PCB assembly and low-medium volume assembly with turnarounds from 24 hours. We provide High Tech capabilities, 01005s, Package on package, FBGA, and Rigid, Flexi or metal backed PCB assembly in the UK. You can also count on us for material procurement and kitting in-house.
