Our dedicated team are here to supply your materials and to make sure they are competitively priced whilst conforming to your time requirements. We believe in clear and concise communication with all our customers to ensure we provide an efficient solution in the most cost effective way. We can work with full procured, free-issue or part procured kits in order to tailor the sourcing of your materials to your specific needs.
PCB ASSEMBLY
With technology on the rise, we believe in following suit - meaning we continue to invest in the latest machinery and software to ensure our production runs smoothly. We have 4 Mycronic SMT machines allowing us to handle multiple jobs at once, 2 of these machine can run in 'Synergy' meaning they can run in tandem seamlessly enabling us to assemble boards with tens of thousands of placements. We are set up to deal with fast turn assembly and all the issues that go hand in hand with the process, giving us an upper hand over most manufacturers.
X-RAY
From X-RAY as part of your build to dedicated X-RAY services, we can offer X-RAY as part of a bulk package or on specific parts.
FLYING PROBE TEST
Flying test is an additional service that can be added to your project to test PCBA component defect analysis prior to power up. All that is required is a searchable schematic, project Bill Of Materials and CAD in the form of ODB++.
PCB REWORK SERVICES
From PCB upgrade to modification, with our specialist team and equipment, we can cater for all your rework requirements.
